You asked.. The pillows are extremely too soft and worn out. For the price of $180 a night, I would expect comfortable pillows, not old down pillows that have no form to them. Regarding breakfast, it’s OK at best. Somehow, your industry has settled on powdered eggs rather than real eggs. What do you expect for $180 a night? I would expect real eggs… But I guess that’s just me. Somewhat limited selection for breakfast, but the rest was OK. The biggest disappointment was the pillows, and the room size. It’s advertised 300 ft.², I measured, your room is 200 ft.² one-third smaller than advertised. I even brought it up to the front desk, he said he knows he’s heard it from others. Nice answer. Maybe guests just aren’t supposed to notice that the room is very small, especially for the price. This hotel was more expensive than the previous night Stay also at a Hilton facility. Homewood suites in Louisville. Room was much nicer but same garbage pillows.

The staff (Cody, Jade & Rob or Bob) and the ladies that cleaned the rooms, unfortunately I did not get their names. But these exceptional employees treated me and my family like their family. They were always asking if we needed anything or how everything was. We were their for the funeral of my aunt that was very unexpected. And your employees were very helpful in making this an easier time for us. It was greatly appreciated and we feel like we left with some new friends. Just want to say thank you for giving them a place to work that they enjoy it so much that it flows so naturally to their guests. Great job. I will highly recommend the Tru brand but especially this location. Also really enjoyed the patio and game areas. Very nice spaces for not only family and friends traveling together but also a great area for people to socialize and make new friends.

The lobby area is unique and fun, two words normally not used to describe a hotel lobby, but when a large part of it is bright colors, fun seating, and a family game area including foosball how else do describe it?! The beds were comfortable, and pillows were so soft. Great water pressure for an enjoyable relaxing shower experience. Breakfast was good, nothing overly outstanding but enough to satisfy any morning cravings.

Matthew

We were on our way home and needed a place for the night. The price was great and staff was very welcoming the minute we walked in. Kids were excited for the foose ball tables, super cute game area! Youngest loved a quick swim in the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the soap they supplied! We would definitely come back. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, no complaints.

Laurie

I like the layout idea of the bedroom. It is very neat. There are many good ideas in the room such as no carpet, and no closet but it has the hangers in an open space. the cooling unit has a wall thermostat control.
